Ensemble is proud to share that Nelson Way, Vice President of Leasing and Development, has been named to the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2026 40 Under 40 List, which recognizes the region’s most accomplished and impactful young leaders.

This year’s honorees represent a diverse group of leaders helping to define the future of the region.
At Ensemble, Nelson has played a key role in advancing the company’s leasing and development strategies across the East Coast portfolio. Nelson leads leasing efforts on all of Ensemble’s owned properties at the Navy Yard and is heavily involved in new development projects, including 1201 Normandy and the new Navy Yard AVE complex.
