The Navy Yard boasts a roster of regional and global companies located in more than a million square feet of life sciences and advanced manufacturing space.
In 2022 the company entered into an investment partnership with Oxford Properties Group that will help fund up to an additional 3.1 million square feet of cell and gene therapy manufacturing and R&D space.
The first of those projects is 1201 Normandy Place, a multi-tenant lab building. It is the first life science project developed under our Ensemble/Mosaic joint venture and will open in mid 2023.
