150 Rouse is a 56,000 state-of-the-art facility featuring high performance systems designed to manage energy, atmosphere, water and indoor environmental quality. Built with predominantly locally-sourced materials, the building features exterior views to 90% of regularly occupied building space, high-efficiency low-flow water fixtures throughout the building and secure bike racks and shower facilities to promote the use of energy efficient transportation. 150 Rouse was designed by local architect DIGSAU, an award-winning firm out of Philadelphia practicing contemporary architecture urbanism, and environmental design.
