Philadelphia – January 3, 2024 – Michael Ianni has recently joined Ensemble as a Senior Project Manager, based in the Philadelphia office. Michael will focus on the development of projects at the Navy Yard as a part of Ensemble/Mosaic, the firm’s joint venture with Mosaic Development Partners. Initially, he will be working on the new residential development, AVE Navy Yard, currently under construction, with his projects roster expanding over time.
Michael brings 25+ years of real estate and construction executive experience to the E/M team. He spent the first half of his career working for large regional GC/CM firms before moving to Owner/Developer side working for The Goldenberg Group, Dranoff Properties and most recently the Southern Land Company, where he served as a Senior Owners Representative for Development overseeing over $800MM of multi-family projects in the Northeast Region.
Michael graduated from Spring Garden College with a BS in Construction Management and recently spent nearly 20 years as a member of the Executive Committee/ Sponsorship Chair for the Children’s Crisis Treatment Center in Philadelphia and has completed several Tough Mudder’s raising funds for the Wounded Warriors Project.
