Hilton Garden Inn Camden Waterfront Philadelphia opened its doors in December 2020 as the first hotel in Camden, N.J., in more than 50 years. Due to the pandemic, the hotel withheld a grand opening event until it was safe for guests and staff to gather. On June 2, 2021, the hotel will honored this monumental occasion with a grand opening celebration featuring speakers, food and beverage from the Water Street Grill, and entertainment that showcases the heart and soul of the City of Camden.
PIDC, Philadelphia’s public-private economic development corporation, has selected a team comprised of Ensemble Real Estate Investments and Mosaic Development Partners as its development partner for 109 acres at the Philadelphia Navy Yard.
