Ensemble Investments Set to Launch Two New Projects in Santa Clara: 

AVE Santa Clara and Clara’s Junction, Four Additional Developments in Progress

Conveniently situated within walking distance of Levi’s Stadium, Clara’s Junction 

will open just in time for the 49ers season, providing a prime game-day destination

LONG BEACH, Calif. (September 09, 2024) – Ensemble Investments is set to unveil two new developments in north Santa Clara, further enhancing the Silicon Valley region. The projects, AVE Santa Clara – elevated apartment living, and Clara’s Junction – a Food and Beverage Garden, are part of the City’s newest residential neighborhood that is poised to accommodate over 8,000 residents at full build out. 

Strategically located between Lafayette Street, Guadalupe River, Calle Del Mundo, and Tasman Drive, and just one-quarter mile from Levi’s Stadium, the neighborhood will bring 4,500 apartment units and 65,000-square-feet of retail space to the City of Santa Clara once complete. Of these, Ensemble is spearheading development of six projects, totaling more than 1,250 residential units, 40,000-square-feet of retail and dining space, 40,000-square-feet of creative space, and 40,000-square-feet of public open space. The two new projects nearing completion include: 

– Clara’s Junction – Scheduled to open in September, Clara’s Junction aims to become a hotspot within Santa Clara that is transforming the former Carl’s Jr. restaurant and surrounding area into a 15,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor food and beverage garden. Offering a bar and grill with a globally inspired menu, a great set of specialty drinks, local craft beers on tap, games, a live BBQ pit, a Taz’s Taco trailer, and rotating additional food trucks, Clara’s Junction is the perfect place for gathering with friends and family. Conveniently located at the entrance to this new district on Tasman Drive and just a short walk from Levi’s Stadium, Clara’s Junction is set to become a popular destination for both game day celebrations and everyday enjoyment. This vibrant space is a collaboration between Ensemble Investments and Apicii, a bespoke hospitality management and concept development company that runs concepts such as the Seattle Mariners’ bar, grill and beer garden named Hatback. Clara’s Junction will activate the gateway to the new neighborhood with many more mixed-use and retail and food and beverage concepts to come in the area. 

– AVE Santa Clara – Opening in January, AVE Santa Clara will bring elevated apartment living to Silicon Valley featuring 311 luxury apartments, including both traditional rentals and fully furnished units with flexible lease options, and 15,000-square-feet of curated food and beverage and retail, envisioned to host a variety of dining and personal care options. The professionally managed community will offer 36,200-square-feet of indoor-outdoor amenity space, including well-appointed lounges, a two-story fitness center, a dog park, Zen courtyards with kitchens, a roof deck garden, and a resort-style pool with fire pits. – Ongoing and Future Developments – In addition to Clara’s Junction and AVE Santa Clara, Ensemble Investments is advancing four other projects within the district. These include:

  • Parkside Luxury Apartments: A 301-unit development with an integrated park, projected for completion in 2027.
  • Affordable Housing Project: A 151-unit, 100% affordable housing development being built by USA Properties with ground-floor retail, and ample outdoor seating and activity space, expected to be completed by 2025.
  • Luxury Apartments: A 198-unit luxury high-rise apartment project across from Related Santa Clara and a multi-modal transit stop, scheduled for completion by 2028.
  • A Workforce Project: An affordable project consisting of 89 units.

A future high-rise project with 192 units is also planned for Tasman Drive, offering panoramic views of Santa Clara and further enhancing the district.
