AVE Pioneers Evolved Urban Apartment Living at the Philadelphia Navy Yard

Market rate apartments include studios starting at $1,928, one-bedrooms starting at $1,885 and two-bedrooms starting at $3,007. Income-restricted, affordable apartments will also be available, with rents varying based on resident income.
