An experienced real estate executive with a 20+ year, 12,000+ unit track record delivering superior investment returns, Tyson Sayles oversees Ensemble’s Multifamily group and its commitment to developing and managing inspiring communities that people call home. Before joining Ensemble, Tyson was Senior Vice President and Fund Manager for CityView, where he oversaw the acquisition, rehab and asset management of 5,100 units throughout the U.S., and The KOR Group, overseeing the acquisition, renovation, capitalization, and construction of 4,000 units valued at approximately $1 billion. Tyson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture with a minor in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was recognized as a Chancellor’s Scholar and a National Merit Scholar.
