Steve brings a 15-year background in developing, redeveloping, repositioning, and managing commercial real estate assets. He leads Ensemble’s Santa Clara projects, directing the company’s vision for placemaking at Tasman District which when complete will include 1,400 units and 100,000SF of retail/creative use space. During his career, he has contributed to $500M+ of award-winning LEED development projects and has advised real estate owners such as Disney, US Army, FedEx, Strategic Hotels, LA Community College District on the development and green building. Steve graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cellular & Development Biology from the same university.
