Serge has worked on award-winning, multi-billion dollar commercial and mixed-use/multi-family developments in Philadelphia and the Middle East. His focus is on Ensemble’s joint venture – Ensemble/ Mosaic – at the Navy Yard in Philadelphia, and he recently served as a member of the team that issued the 2022 Navy Yard Plan. Prior to Ensemble, he played a significant role in the development of the Comcast Technology Center and Four Seasons Hotel, and Comcast Center. The towers are two of the tallest buildings in North America and have received numerous major awards. Serge holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Drexel University and a Master’s of Architecture from Syracuse University.
