Before joining the Ensemble team, Rob worked in the consumer goods industry as a business consultant. He then entered the real estate industry working at KB Home as a project manager for single-family residential communities throughout Los Angeles County. In that capacity, he managed schedules, budgets and agency approvals.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a development director at Ensemble, Rob manages prospective and current projects on both the investment and development teams. He is responsible for all phases of the development process, from identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, to entitlement and execution of the design and construction process.

In his free time, Rob enjoys writing, spending time at indie coffee shops and rooting for U-M athletics. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and has recently started learning Portuguese.
