As a development director at Ensemble on the West Coast, Rob manages prospective and current projects on both the investment and development teams, and is responsible for all phases of the development process. Before joining Ensemble, Rob worked in the consumer goods industry as a business consultant. He entered the real estate industry working at KB Home as a project manager for single-family residential communities throughout Los Angeles County. Rob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Real Estate from the University of California, Los Angeles.
