Peggy Himmelspach has served as a project/property/facility manager in healthcare, hospitality, retail, office, banking and industrial environments for more than 20 years. Her experience includes construction project management, budget preparation, lease management, bid analysis, space planning, vendor management and furniture reconfiguration.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
At Ensemble, Peggy manages the design and construction process, including architects, engineers and consultants, and acts as Owner’s representation in contract negotiations. She works directly with the SVP of Development Services, as well as with the company Principals and Managing Directors, on decision support and project execution.
