Pam brings over 30 years of hospitality experience, including leadership roles with Marriott. As part of Ensemble, she oversees operations across engineering, food & beverage, housekeeping, front office, and guest services for our managed hotels. Pam is committed to enhancing efficiency and elevating guest experiences. A dedicated leader, she collaborates closely with hotel teams to drive financial performance and satisfaction. Pam holds a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
