Nelson joined Ensemble in 2021 as Director of Leasing and Development. He contributes to new developments and leads leasing activities for the Ensemble’s regional portfolio, which includes its holdings at the Navy Yard, where Ensemble is the largest private landlord with over a million square feet of office and life science properties. Prior to Ensemble, Nelson was with Workspace Property Trust where he directed leasing for a substantial portfolio in the Philadelphia region. Nelson began his career in commercial real estate at Avison Young. Nelson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame.
