Logan’s role as Director, Investments involves originating and executing Ensemble’s multifamily and commercial investments across the United States, including acquisitions as well as development projects. He analyzes and conducts market research, models cash flows and deal structures, manages entitlement and development activities, and facilitates the capital raising process. He also monitors asset performance and contributes to Ensemble’s strategic planning. Beginning his career at PGIM Real Estate in Washington, D.C. as an investment analyst, he analyzed new financing opportunities for PGIM Real Estate’s balance sheet and debt fund capital sources. Logan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
