Kristi joined Ensemble in 2010 to establish the company’s first hotel management platform for Hotel Maya and was soon named Executive Vice President, Hotels focusing, too, on asset management responsibilities for the company’s third-party managed hotels. Today Kristi is expanding the company’s hotel management division, which includes the management of nine Ensemble owned hotels. Prior to Ensemble, Kristi spent 30 years in the hospitality industry where she served at Marriott, Hilton, Interstate Hotels and HEI Hotels and Resorts. Kristi earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources from the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT.
