Karen started her career in the hospitality industry in 1991 working in Operations. She pursued her passion for supporting and caring for employees by joining the Human Resources Department in 1997 and has since worked in various HR roles. Her experience includes nearly 10 years of service with Hilton Hotels Corporation and 19 years with Hyatt Hotels Corporation working in the Phoenix and Los Angeles Markets.
Her most recent position before joining Ensemble in 2020 was as Area Director of Human Resources. In that role she oversaw 3 hotels with different branding and all operating with Collective Bargaining Agreements.

Karen provides service, support and resources to Ensemble Corporate and Ensemble Hospitality employees. She assists leadership with strategic planning, legal guidance, development tools and building Ensemble’s organizational culture.
