Fulfilling a childhood passion to work in real estate, Jacob joined Ensemble in 2005. Prior he served at Universal Mortgage, a successful boutique lender in New York City. A member of the Leadership Team, he contributes to the setting of corporate strategy and leads development and investment initiatives. Jacob and his team are responsible for the feasibility, execution, capitalization, and asset management of Ensemble’s investments. While with the company he has structured and deployed well over $2 billion of capital spanning hotel, multi-family, life-science and office assets. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Washington. He also holds licenses as a California Real Estate Broker and as a Washington Real Estate Managing Broker.
