Donica is Vice President of Finance for Ensemble, serving as the company’s primary lender liaison. She facilitates construction and term loan closing activities for Ensemble’s real estate portfolio and plays an active role in sourcing new lending relationships to provide construction financing for the company’s CRE development pipeline. Previously, she was Vice President at National Bank of Arizona in Phoenix, where she spent 14 years as a commercial real estate lender. She also spent six years in the commercial mortgage banking industry at two separate boutique companies in Scottsdale and Phoenix, Arizona. Donica has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
