Alison DeBorba is a digital strategy and hospitality marketing leader with deep expertise in hotel digital marketing, eCommerce, and online brand presence. With a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Boston University and a well-rounded background spanning sales, marketing, conference services, and eCommerce, she brings a strong property-level perspective to digital strategy. Her background includes experience with Hotel Maya in Long Beach, DoubleTree by Hilton Carson, Hotel Erwin in Venice Beach, and Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes. At Ensemble, Alison serves as Corporate Director of Digital Strategy, leading portfolio-wide initiatives that align digital strategy with hotel performance, the guest journey, and Ensemble’s continued growth.
