Conrad joined Ensemble in 2005 fresh from earning Architecture and Business degrees. During his nearly 20-year career at the company, Conrad has advanced to Managing Director and is a member of the Leadership Team. He helps guide corporate strategy while overseeing the development pipeline and investment initiatives. His depth of experience in real estate strategy, planning, entitlement, design, and construction has led to the successful execution of over $1B of hospitality, mixed-use, commercial, and medical development. Conrad earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree and an MBA from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
