Located at the gateway to the Tasman East District, the entertainment hub will feature a 14,000 square foot indoor and outdoor experience including a beer garden, food village, and games built in and around a repurposed restaurant.

The collective will include a selection of bar, food, and retail vendors to be housed in the existing space, as well as within unique food trailers or converted shipping containers which will border the property. This layout will offer a unique outdoor commons area for drinking, dining, and engaging in games such as bocce ball and corn hole.
