The Camden Waterfront Development Commences – Ensemble to Develop Hotel Portion

Liberty Property Trust has completed the assemblage of land and development rights for The Camden Waterfront  in Philadelphia and is beginning development of the transformational mixed-use urban neighborhood immediately with construction of One Water Street – a five story, 222,376 square foot office project that will serve as the corporate headquarters of American Water when complete. Ensemble Real Estate Investments has been selected to develop a hotel portion of the mixed-use development – a 180 key Hilton Garden Inn.
