Ensemble purchased the historic Coast Hotel in 2006, renovating and relaunching the property in 2009 as the Dream Inn, a full-service, beachfront boutique hotel situated on iconic Cowell Beach in Monterey Bay adjacent to the wharf and historic Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.

The hotel features ocean frontage with private balconies to each of its fully renovated guestrooms, a heated beachfront pool and hot tub, and more than 3,500 square feet of meeting space catering to the leisure, corporate and SMERF market segments. The property’s much-loved restaurant, Jack O’Neill, showcases the bounty of land and sea from California’s Central Coast along with local wine and craft beers.
