Project overview

After successfully leasing Spring Valley Medical Plaza I to 92% within 12 months of opening, Valley Health Systems commissioned Ensemble to begin development of the second phase, twin building. The three-story building, which totals 57,506 SF, was constructed in April 2006 and was completed in August 2007.
