Valley Health Systems contracted with Ensemble to provide development services, management and leasing for the Centennial Hills Medical Office Building I. The project was located adjacent to the Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center, which is an expansion project in the North part of Las Vegas, Nevada. Notable features of the medical office building include an Endoscopy and Gastroenterology Center. The four-story, 100,000+ square foot building now houses several specialty and primary care practices.
Challenges & Solutions
This project required steady coordination from Ensemble to assure that the design team and general contractor worked effectively to resolve problems on a timely basis. This Centennial Hills Medical Office Building project was under the jurisdiction of the City of Las Vegas. Because this new structure was to be constructed next to the existing Centennial Hills Medical Center, the project required expert communication between the Hospital contractor, Layton Construction, and the medical office building contractor, TWC Construction. The project fulfilled a major goal when the medical office building was completed two months prior to the opening of the hospital.
