Project overview

In 2019, Ensemble acquired the Best Western Plus Arroyo Roble Hotel and Creekside Villas, a 66-key, five-story hotel located in the center of Sedona, Arizona surrounded by majestic views. The purchase of the hotel also included a rare three acres of developable land and existing leased retail space.

 

Originally constructed in 1984, the hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of Uptown Sedona- within walking distance of some of the area’s finest shops, galleries and restaurants, and adjacent to the Sedona Arts Center. As part of this commitment, Ensemble plans to purchase and display artwork from the Sedona Arts Center on an ongoing basis. The hotel offers guests a complimentary hot breakfast, access to multiple swimming pools, beautiful views of Oak Creek, conference space and a luxury clubhouse that features an exercise room, steam and sauna rooms, game room, indoor air-conditioned racquetball courts and outdoor tennis courts.
