Ensemble acquired the iconic destination in 2013 and expanded the property with 16 additional luxury suites in a location adjacent to the existing rooms. The new 900-square-foot suites—offering modern luxury within an intimate wine country setting—delivered a significant value enhancement by providing high-rate/high-value rooms while simultaneously increasing profitability via economies of scale.
