4751 League Island is a 75,000 SF, build-to-suit/single tenant life sciences facility for Wuxi AppTec. The building is used for WuXi AppTec’s early phase clinical manufacturing and lab research with a focus on testing services for biologics, cell banking/cell line characterization, viral safety testing (molecular and cell-based), viral clearance validation, and lot release programs.
