In 2019, Ensemble acquired the Best Western Plus Arroyo Roble Hotel and Creekside Villas, a five-story hotel in the heart of Uptown Sedona, surrounded by majestic views of Oak Creek and the surrounding mountains. The purchase also included a rare three acres of developable land and existing leased retail space. Amenities include complimentary hot breakfasts for guests, multiple swimming pools, and conference space. A luxury clubhouse features an exercise room, steam and sauna rooms, game room, indoor air-conditioned racquetball courts and outdoor tennis courts.

 

Originally constructed in 1984, the hotel is situated within walking distance of some of the area’s finest shops, galleries and restaurants. Ensemble purchases and displays artwork from the adjacent Sedona Arts Center on an ongoing basis.
