With construction underway of this two-building 614-unit complex, Ensemble/Mosaic, Ensemble’s joint venture in the Navy Yard in Philadelphia, will begin development of the first residential buildings on the grounds since the 1940s, turning it into a vibrant, diverse and fully functioning neighborhood. The project is being developed in partnership with Korman Communities under its AVE brand.

Offerings will include luxury, market rate and affordable units, with 40 different unit sizes and bedroom configurations, and options for furnished and unfurnished homes. Designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, the properties will provide a sustainable and healthy living experience. On a macro-level, the project will anchor the Navy Yard’s LEED Neighborhood (ND) efforts – the largest in the city and the one of the largest nationwide – which will eventually encompass nearly 4000 units developed by Ensemble/Mosaic.
