This 47,400 square foot Class A, LEED Gold facility was developed as Adaptimmune Therapeutic’s United States Headquarters. Located at 351 Rouse Boulevard at the Navy Yard in Philadelphia, the building houses a GMP manufacturing facility and includes lab and office spaces supporting the company’s clinical development and initial commercialization of novel engineered immunotherapies for cancer.
