Rachel brings more than 20 years of experience as a Human Resources leader, partnering with executive teams to build strong, high-performing organizations. Her career spans luxury hospitality, the public sector, and large multi-site operational environments. Prior to joining Ensemble, Rachel held leadership roles with The Jay, part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, Silverado Resort & Spa, Evolution Hospitality, and the Oakland Housing Authority. At Ensemble, she leads Human Resources for the managed hotel portfolio, supporting more than 1,200 employees. She plays a key role in building Ensemble’s culture at the hotel level while overseeing recruiting, labor management, union relations, succession planning, compliance, and operational excellence.
