150 Rouse is a 56,000 square foot Class A and LEED Gold office building with systems designed to manage energy, atmosphere, water and indoor environmental quality. Built with predominantly locally sourced materials, the building makes exterior views available to 90% of regularly occupied building space. High-efficiency low-flow water fixtures throughout the building create water-savings, and secure bike racks and shower facilities promote the use of energy efficient transportation. 150 Rouse was designed by Philadelphia architectural firm DIGSAU, an award-winning firm practicing contemporary architecture urbanism, and environmental design.
